Dr. Egorume Anochie MBBS CCFP
Dr. Egorume Anochie completed her medical degree at the University of Port Harcourt in Rivers State, Nigeria. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience practicing medicine in diverse locations, including Trinidad and Tobago, Indian Head and Regina in Saskatchewan, and Fredericton, New Brunswick. She earned her certification to practice medicine in Canada while in Regina, Saskatchewan. Now settled in London, Ontario, Dr. Anochie is passionate about family medicine, with a particular interest in preventive care and helping patients manage chronic conditions. She looks forward to building strong, lasting relationships with her patients and supporting their health journeys.

Dr. Patricia Elepano MD CCFP
Dr. Anochie is a highly experienced and accomplished physician with over 24 years of expertise in family medicine. He serves as the lead physician at Radiant Family Physicians in London, Ontario, and is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Western University. Dr. Anochie earned his medical degree from the University of Nigeria and holds Fellow status with the Royal College of General Practitioners in Australia, as well as certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
With a strong commitment to medical education, Dr. Anochie mentors residents and medical students and is an examiner for the College of Family Physicians of Canada certification examinations. His extensive experience spans multiple countries, including Nigeria, Trinidad and Tobago, Australia, and Canada.
Dr. Anochie is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based, patient-centered care, adhering to best practice guidelines throughout the life cycle of individuals and families. His areas of special interest include chronic disease management, preventive care, minor surgery, and men’s health.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Anochie enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing soccer, and traveling.
Dr. Elepano obtained her medical degree from the University of Toronto, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at the University of Western Ontario.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and previously served for several years at the London Middlesex Health Unit’s Family Planning Clinic.
Dr. Elepano has also engaged in medical education, having served as a physician examiner for the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examinations and the College of Family Physicians of Canada Certification Exams.
Currently, Dr. Elepano practices part-time as a family physician, providing comprehensive care to her patients. Additionally, she is a Peer Assessor and Quality Improvement Coach for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
